At Vellé Collective, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional virtual assistant services tailored to your business needs. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Refund Policy

  • All payments for services and packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • This policy is in place because our services are digital and require time, expertise, and access to client systems from the moment engagement begins.

2. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via hello@vellecollective.co.za.
  • Any work completed up to the date of cancellation remains payable.
  • Monthly packages are billed in advance; if a package is cancelled mid-month, the remaining hours for that month will not be refunded.

3. Rescheduling / Pausing Services

  • If you need to reschedule meetings, calls, or deliverables, please notify us in advance.
  • Pausing services for a specific period may be possible, depending on the package and agreement, but must be arranged in writing.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • While refunds are not standard, we are committed to resolving client concerns professionally.
  • If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us at hello@vellecollective.co.za so we can discuss solutions or adjustments.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely communication, provision of access, and instructions are required to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Delays caused by the client may impact service delivery, but do not qualify for refunds.
