Terms of service
Effective Date: 1 April 2026
By engaging with Vellé Collective, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our services and to maintain a professional and positive working relationship.
1. Services Provided
Vellé Collective offers virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:
- Administrative support
- Client communication management
- Content assistance and scheduling
- Systems and workflow organisation
All services are provided as agreed upon in your selected package and tailored to meet your business needs.
2. Agreement and Commencement
A service agreement is formed once a package is selected, payment has been processed, and Vellé Collective confirms the engagement. Work will commence as per the agreed schedule.
3. Payment Terms
- All services are billed monthly in advance.
- Payments must be completed before work begins.
- Late or non-payment may result in suspension or delay of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the start of the engagement.
4. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Vellé Collective does not provide refunds for partial or completed work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Access to relevant accounts, tools, and platforms
- Clear instructions and required materials
- Timely feedback and approvals
Delays in providing necessary information may affect project timelines.
6. Confidentiality
Vellé Collective treats all client information, documents, and communications as strictly confidential. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or as part of the service delivery (e.g., payment processors).
7. Scope of Work
Services are limited to the agreed scope outlined in the selected package. Additional tasks outside of this scope may require a separate agreement or package upgrade and may incur additional fees.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. All completed work up to the termination date is payable. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations prior to termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vellé Collective will provide services with care and professionalism; however, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client agrees that the maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
10. Communication
All communication will take place via agreed channels (e.g., email, messaging apps, or scheduled calls). Vellé Collective is not responsible for miscommunication caused by unresponsive clients or failure to provide necessary information.
11. Modifications to Terms
Vellé Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled according to these laws.
